Hi, I’m Hanna, she/her.

As an IFS Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant, I bring a transparent, vibrant, and non-pathologizing approach to my work. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship that honors your innate capacity for healing.

Internal Family Systems therapy recognizes that we all have different "parts" of ourselves that develop to help us navigate life's challenges. My role is to help you identify these parts, understand their protective roles, and access your natural Self energy—the compassionate core that exists in everyone.

Experience

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I've had the privilege of working with diverse individuals and groups across various settings. Currently, I divide my time between my private practice and a community hospital where I serve as the Clinical Lead for IFS Research and lead an IFS service. This leadership role allows me to not only provide direct therapy but also shape how Internal Family Systems therapy is implemented and practiced in a clinical setting.

My clinical expertise includes working with:

  • Trauma and complex trauma

  • LGBTQ+

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

my commitment

I am deeply committed to anti-bias work and creating an inclusive therapeutic environment where all aspects of identity are welcomed and honored. Whether we're working together in individual therapy, a group setting, or consultation, I bring my authentic self to our partnership.
